People are so stereotypical. Cutting yourself is not called being “emo”. Emo is short for emotional. Cutting is a form of self mutilation. It’s a copying skill. Most people who don’t cut don’t understand self mutilation. But that doesn’t give you an excuse to make fun of someone for it. Not everyone who cuts is an attention seeker. Not everyone who cuts is a bad person. Not everyone who cuts is a freak. It’s a way of escaping pain. So don’t act like you know it until you’ve actually gone through it.
